About the role

We are actively looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to be a part of our health team, providing high quality resident-centered critical care to our residents. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the ideal CNA candidate will work directly with our residents and their families in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities 

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
• Provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the residents
• Report changes and record pertinent information and care provided to residents
• Connect deeply and professionally with the residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
• Assist with the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents according to company policies and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• CPR and First Aid certification encouraged
• Ability to maintain patience and respect while performing a variety of tasks
• Ability to undergo a background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
