Food handler certificate needed.

Experience is needed , Frozen yogurt shop or Ice cream shop experience is a big plus.

We are looking for new crew members.

We have 2 shifts every day in our 7 days open frozen yogurt shop

So we are looking for some one who can work according to our schedule.

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
• Have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.
• Be willing to take coaching, learn the brand, and apply what you learn from shift to shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards as required.

License/Certification: Food Handler Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Operate POS system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash register operations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling and serving food.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, following recipes and guidelines for quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of food industry practices and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
- Engage in bussing and cleaning duties to support overall restaurant cleanliness and organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
