Qualifications :

  • One (1) year experience in an administrative support role and working the front desk answering phones.
  • Good phone etiquette and friendly customer service.
  • Previous customer service experience; demonstration of customer services skill set
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication; competent in organizational time management skills, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)

Responsibilities :

  • Experience The person selected for this position must be eighteen (18) years or older and possess at least two months of prior experience in secretarial or administrative work
  • Preferably the candidate will have six months of experience in an administrative, secretarial position; preferably in a medical-related office environment Willing to train the right person.
  • Ability to handle several tasks at one time
  • Good people and hosting skills
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Organizational Skills Must be extremely organized, keeping facility records current and compliance
  • Mental : Must be able to always maintain a pleasant demeanor, even under stressful situations or when handling multiple tasks
