Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Sales People to join our team. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients to assess their roofing solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and meeting their roofing needs.

- Schedule appointments, generate leads, and build rapport with potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and account management, to drive business growth.
-Flexible schedule: This is a 1099 position so you set your own hours.
-Uncapped commission.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Roofing Consultant or in technical sales.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
-Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Previous experience in the roofing industry or similar preferred.
-Ability to work independently and also as a team member.

Pay: $84,569.00 - $159,450.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Commission only
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• Up to 75% travel

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
