Golden Hippo is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Woodland, CA

We’re Looking For A: Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team by managing various administrative tasks and facilitating the seamless execution of recruitment processes. The Talent Acquisition coordinator will be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, communicating directly with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to facilitate a smooth recruitment process. 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Provide timely and relevant information to candidates regarding application status, interview details, and other updates. 
  • Post accurate and up-to-date job descriptions on various platforms through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other relevant tools. 
  • Ensure job postings comply with company policies and standards. 
  • Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and timely updates. 
  • Disposition candidates appropriately in the recruitment process. 
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications in accordance with company policies.
  • Compile reports on recruitment activities and provide analytics as needed. 
  • Generate offer letters in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Administer surveys for candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback. 
  • Support new hires by collaborating with HR and IT on equipment set-up. 
  • Assist in the implementation of various recruiting programs as needed. 
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as directed.

  • The ability to swiftly adjust to dynamic environments. 
  • Exceptionally organized and meticulous, the candidate must proficiently establish priorities and execute them diligently. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication aptitude is imperative. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks, troubleshooting, and thriving in a high-speed setting. 
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Excels in a collaborative team setting and is equally adept at self-initiated work, demonstrating autonomy and efficiency.
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • 1 year HR or Recruitment experience working with an Applicant Tracking System preferred (Greenhouse a plus).
  • Worked in a high-growth, fast-paced, environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $22.31-$29.76/hour, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
