We’re Looking For A: YouTube Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist to edit and create a variety of longform and short form YouTube content, along with motion graphics that will be used to support Golden Hippo’s brands in the health, wellness, beauty and pet industries. The successful candidate is results-driven and excited about creating content that measurably increases brand success primarily on YouTube, and will additionally assist in making content for Facebook and Instagram. They will be able to juggle several post-production responsibilities to deliver engaging and impactful video projects for direct to consumer brands. The ideal candidate has worked on several Youtube series, and is capable of creating graphics packages and templates for use by other teams.

Location: Hybrid (office in Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Edit engaging long-form and short-form Youtube content that drives engagement, viewership, and sales.
• Create motion graphics and motion graphics templates to accompany videos
• Design and create YouTube thumbnail images
• Mix audio tracks and master audio for video edits
• Log and track progress of all your projects
• Work collaboratively with cross departmental teams, including Youtube and Social to assist in making content for all brand needs
• Analyze and communicate results with Youtube and Social teams

• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement edit notes
• Highly organized and able to self-prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work on multiple brands and projects at the same time, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• 3 years experience making content for Youtube Channels
• Advanced experience with Adobe
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Knowledgeable in social media -YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• 3 years experience making content for brand YouTube and social media channels (preferred)

The base salary range is $54,300.00 $72,500.00, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
