```Duties```
- Greet and assist prospective residents in touring the property and showcasing available units
- Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and community amenities
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease agreements, and financial transactions

- Create work orders for resident

- Sale the vacant unit

- property inspection / volitions

- Assist with deliver nosiest/ wright a volitions / mass email to the property

- Create a past control checklist

```Experience```
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or property leasing
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property leasing
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle tenant disputes effectively
- Proficiency in using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
