Duties:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer service

Skills:

- Must have “Gift of Gab” ( ablity to speak easily and confidently, and to persuade and sell)

Role and Responsibilities:

· Ensures guest satisfaction

· Practices positive public relations through ensuring our restaurant is welcoming and an inclusive environment for all guests.

· Seat guests according to party size

· Promotes teamwork by assisting other team members to ensure outstanding guest service.

· Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures guests’ receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.

· Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties.

· Brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.

· Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.

· Mix and serve drink orders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
