Diagnosis

Member with a PMH of Neonatal encephalopathy, neuro-irritability, gastro-esophageal reflux, feeding discoordination with aspiration, gastrostomy tube dependency, poor GI motility, in-utero exposure to opiates, cocaine and THC and possible congenital syphilis.
