Join our team as a Case Manager and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals facing incarceration, opioid addiction, and re-entry challenges in the Philadelphia County Prison system. In this role, you will provide comprehensive case management services, offering support to incarcerated individuals, those battling opioid addiction, and individuals recently released from prison. Your responsibilities will include consulting with staff on prison-related matters as needed and serving as a liaison with the Defenders Association, court officers, and probation/parole offices.
