Our goal is to give interns a glimpse of what it is like working for a fast-growing, diverse, and exceptional financial institution. Our 8-week internship program will consist of department specific job duties/projects, as well as professional development workshops, networking sessions with G1 leaders, and an end of the internship team project that will be presented to senior executives. Work alongside the Operations Data Solutions team as they mine, analyze, visualize, and present data! We will tailor the experience to the candidate’s skillset so it could include (but not limited to): • Data Exploration• Microsoft Power BI Fundamentals• Excel Data Visualization• Email communication principles• SQL Introduction• Microsoft Access/Intro to Databases Obtain visibility into the technical process and prowess that encompasses working with data and data warehouses in this age of Big Data.Minimum Requirements:Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student as defined by the school, organization, or institution.GPA of at least a 3.2Junior & Senior standing in the Fall.program overview and Details:Intern Program: Intern must be available for the duration of the 8-week program.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pmGolden 1 Credit Union does not provide any form of housing reimbursement or relocation package for interns.
