THE POSITION:
Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Partner or Senior Associate to join our Buffalo office.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates will have 7 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. Qualified candidates are licensed to practice in New York, writes effectively, thinks strategically and has experience in one or more of the following practice areas: General Liability, Product Liability, Retail and Transportation.
THE BENEFITS:
The annualized salary range for this position is $100,000-$240,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
