- Maintain accurate daily census records, update PCC, and contact Medicaid case managers regarding resident transitions

-Communicate proficiently via telephone, computer, and in person

-Assist Director of Community Relations with admission paperwork for new residents and gathering documents for Medicaid and VA aid

-Provide tours to potential residents

-Collect Finances

- Issue and track residents notices

-Supervise receptionists

-Assist with hiring and termination

- Post employment advertisement and internal hiring notice

-Flexibility when dealing with multiple tasks at a time

-Skills/ability to use word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, payroll systems, internet software and human resource systems

- Ensure employee's files are kept updated

-Prepares withdrawals and deposits

-Monthly statements for residents

-Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies

- Candidate Core train for ALF Administrator, if not must be willing to take course

-Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
