- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Document medication administration and any observed changes in patient condition
- Assist with medical documentation and record keeping
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication administration
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

-Ensuring resident remain in a safe environment; room tidy daily
