Assist in maintaining the company's accounting records to ensure timely, accurate and organized processing and reporting of financial transactions. Develop and maintain effective accounting controls to protect GOJO assets. Identify processes for improvement and volunteers to drive change
* Timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
* Demonstrated Trend analysis on applicable topics such as: Capital, Cash, Operating Expenses
* Basic topical business analysis with results communicated
* Basic data retrieval and organization, with results communicated
* Completes miscellaneous accounting and analytical responsibilities
* Performs monthly journal entries, analyses and reporting
* Provide data query and financial reporting support
* Maintain financial controls
* Provide support for various audits
* Demonstrates applied knowledge of spreadsheet, database and query tools
* Demonstrates applied knowledge of business principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required
- CPA certification a plus
- Minimum two (2) years' accounting experience in corporate level accounting required
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities; coordinates project and task work.
