goHomePort is hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing business development and marketing initiatives focused on increasing brand awareness and immediate/strategic revenue generation.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position that will involve extensive travel to our storage sites and third-party businesses in the recreation industry including but not limited to campgrounds, retail/parts stores, RV dealerships, storage locations, industry associations and trade shows. This is a hands-on role that will require a self-starter who can build business cases for new areas of opportunity and execute both the strategic and tactical details. While this is not an exhaustive list, here are the primary areas of responsibility:

Business Development: Develop, implement, and lead local market research for new and existing locations across multiple states to determine audience, advertising opportunities, conversion behavior, etc. Leveraging data insights to optimize program strategies, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders is essential.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, , outdoor enthusiasts, industry associations, small business owners, city officials, etc. You will act as a brand ambassador and serve as a primary point of contact for communication, feedback, and collaboration as we expand. This role will also take the lead on networking at tradeshows and other industry-related events.

Marketing Coordination: You will take the lead on social media/content creation for various marketing needs. This would include physical on-site and local on the ground marketing as well as design execution for digital marketing in partnership with the centralized marketing team.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.

· 1 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or similar role preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including coordinating timelines, logistics, and promotional activities.

· Proficiency in social media platforms, with a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.

· A positive "can do" attitude and ability to complete work within expected deadlines.

· Must be able to pass background screening prior to employment, and we promote a drug-free work environment.
