Together, we have empowered people and organizations to raise more than $30 billion since 2010. Our vision is to become the most helpful place in the world.

The GoFundMe Product Design team is looking for a full-time Senior Content Designer. This role will shape content design practices at GoFundMe and create impactful products. This is an incredible opportunity to carry out GoFundMe’s mission by helping people help each other.

  • Own content design processes, creating guidelines and standards for our product experiences.
  • Campion the discipline's impact and proactively mentor designers, PMs, and others to help them improve their UX writing skills.

You…

  • Have 5 years of experience in product content strategy or content design with a portfolio of projects showcasing goals, process, and outcomes.
  • Take initiative and prioritize your workload while meeting project deadlines.
  • Think about product strategy and vision - not just what words to write, but what product we should build.
  • Give, seek, and incorporate thoughtful feedback - whether it’s about product strategy, design decisions, or word choice.
  • Clearly articulate your content recommendations and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Have experience working with a design system and using tools like Figma, Lyssna (UsabilityHub), and JIRA.

Bonus…

  • Experience building a content design practice.
  • Writing experience in the digital fundraising space.

  • Monetary support for new hire setup, hybrid work & wellbeing, family planning, and commuting expenses
