Your new role:
As the Production Support Supervisor, you will coordinate, direct, and be actively involved in the daily activities of the material handling area. This includes warehousing, regrinding, and pelletizing plastic compounds for the Production Team. Train and develop employees through established methods, maintaining uniformity of policy and procedures throughout all non-extrusion departments. Ensure operations achieve optimum levels of efficiency and quality and have minimal losses of time and material.

Your hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:00pm – 4:00am (Night shift schedule)

You’ll need:

• Associates degree or 5 years in leadership position
• Strong math skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to operate forklift (must have forklift license)
• Above standard attendance
• Strong organizational skills
• First Responder and CPR certified (can train on the job)
• Strong leadership skills
• Inventory accuracy training
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions based on data, and support those decisions with the data.
