Position: Mainframe Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have extensive programming experience with Mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, and MQ. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong skills in triaging production issues and be able to utilize basic tools in the Mainframe environment effectively. Knowledge of Java or distributed solutions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming experience on Mainframe COBOL/CICS/MQ.
• Strong ability to triage production issues using basic Mainframe tools.
• Knowledge of Java or distributed solutions is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
• Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle and Business Requirement Specification documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 12 years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Additional Information:

• Visa Requirement: NO H1B OPT CPT, Relocation will work.
• This position is located onsite in Wilmington, DE from Day 1.
