Godfrey’s is Hiring a Morning Baker Near Falls, VA
- Daily production of morning pastries, croissants, scones, cinnamon rolls, breads, rolls and other baked goods.
- Efficiently maintaining consistent quality in all baked items per company`s standard.
- Carefully and accurately scaling ingredients.
- Mixing a variety of different doughs.
- Shaping pastries.
- Operating baking tools and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Managing time effectively.
- Tracking inventory and reporting supply needs to manager in a timely fashion.
- Performing all other job-related duties as required.
- Impeccably punctual and consistently reliable.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Available to work early morning shifts, and occasional overnight, weekends and holidays.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Quick learner with ability to follow directions and take feedback well.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand and move for the duration of shift.
