Goddard School Lake Nona is Hiring an Infant/Toddler room teacher Near Orlando, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for children to explore, play, and learn
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster social skills, emotional development, and positive behavior through effective classroom management techniques
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Assess student progress through observation, assessment tools, and regular evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning community

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Familiarity with early childhood education curriculum frameworks
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
