Join our team as a Desktop Support Analyst II, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our PC hardware and software systems. As part of our dynamic environment, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading personal computers, demonstrating strong analytical skills even under high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain PC hardware and software.
• Provide remote trial setups and support when necessary.
• Offer prompt and professional phone support to our customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve desktop computing issues.
• Assist in conference technology setup and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• A and/or Microsoft certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Suite, and various IT applications.
• Experience with remote computing, Citrix, and iOS troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networks, VOIP telephone systems, and audiovisual setups (Zoom, Webex, Teams, Remo).
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
