Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in office management and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with document management, including drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Utilize computer skills to perform various tasks such as data entry, file management, and transcribing documents
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives and managers, assisting with scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing events
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, directing calls, and maintaining a professional reception area
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering services, and coordinating logistics
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with DocuSign
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is preferred
