Responsibilities

• Design and develop accurate data visualizations that drive decision-making
• Identify and improve current reporting process inefficiencies
• Communicate data analysis results effectively to stakeholders

The GMF HR team is looking for an intern to join the team for a hands on experiential learning experience for the summer 2024 internship program!

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration,

  Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship. 

• Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point scale) overall GPA.
• Junior or Senior classification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist in the continuous development and improvement of information and processes required to perform quality service delivery 
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems 
• Partner with other HR and GMF teams on special assignments and events 
• Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Previous internships considered a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to commit to work 40 hours for 12 consecutive weeks during the summer (5/20/2024-8/9/2024)
• Must participate in all GMF sponsored events for interns.
• Hybrid work environment. Required to report to the office 3 days/week
