Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Installation Technician for Gluon Solutions, Inc. located in Livermore, CA. The role includes both on-site and remote work.
The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and servicing hardware and software, providing technical support to customers, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Cabling skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide exceptional customer satisfaction
- Experience in the fuel, convenience, or automotive industries is preferred
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a driver's license with a clean driving record.
