Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the medical office. If you have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and update medical records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
