Glow Family Dental is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Duncanville, TX

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental assistant that is will to be cross-trained in reception. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental office operations and possess strong communication skills to provide exceptional patient care. Must be able to speak Spanish well. Interview will be in Spanish.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor at the front desk

- Schedule appointments

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines

- Assist with billing and payment processing

- Assisiting the dentist for patient care needs

- Sterilization

- Treatment plan presentation

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in using dental software. We are using Curve Hero.

- Knowledge of medical scheduling procedures and terminology

- Experience with front desk operations in a dental or medical setting
