Summary

The Analyst, General Affairs position's responsibilities are to provide support in the company's travel policy and procedure, K-SOX compliance review, and support executive coordinators with various requests.

Compensation

$22.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Travel Policy and Procedure
    • Review Travel Requests
    • Make travel arrangements for GUS employees and KHQ visitors
    • Review reimbursement request to check compliances with company policy
  • K-SOX Compliance
    • Review Purchase request submission for accuracy
    • Spot check invoices being processed
    • Report weekly reports on non compliances for each location
  • Additionally to Support Executive Coordinators in setting up the following:
    • Housing (Lease/utility)
    • Bank account
    • SSN
    • Driver License
    • Others (Cellphone, HMA lease order, Bus. Card etc.)
  • Secondary Responsibilities
    • Business gift purchase and manage inventories for executive team
    • Support NGA team with invoicing and special projects
    • Manage corporate golf club accounts and monthly reconcile.

Qualifications


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient PC Skills - Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Required
  • Bilingual In English and Korean Preferred

Education & Experience

  • HS Diploma / GED Required
  • 1 - 2 Years of Experience in General Affairs Required
  • 3 Years Preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
  • Lift up to 20lbs
  • Carry up to 20lbs
  • Stand/walk
