As a Front Desk Coordinator, your role is to provide, facilitate, and coordinate an exceptional client and team member experience every shift. As the first person to greet our clients and the last to say goodbye, you will be focused on providing the client experience The Glosslab Way at each touch point.
You are the one supporting and directing the Nail Technicians to ensure we are all working together and living by the Operational Standards and Steps-of-Service to ensure consistency for our clients and promote teamwork for our staff.
You also play a vital role in your location achieving its financial goals by retaining existing members, signing up new members, optimizing the books, and recommending retail items.
GLOSSLAB is all about providing an effortless and enjoyable experience that gets our clients in, out, and polished to perfection every time. In order to do so, we live by the GLOSSLAB signature Operational Standards and Steps-of-Service to ensure that each client experiences it!
