We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Membership Acquisition Representative to join our team.The Membership Acquisition Representative will play a key role in driving membership growth by promoting Gloria Gates CARE to potential members. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a genuine interest in helping individuals meet their needs through membership benefits.WHAT WE OFFER:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively engage with prospective members through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and online platforms, to promote membership offerings and convert leads into members.
Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential members to understand their interests, preferences, and social determinants of health.
Develop a deep understanding of membership benefits, features to effectively communicate the value of Gloria Gates CARE to potential members and address any inquiries.
Cultivate strong relationships with community members.
Deliver persuasive presentations or demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Gloria Gates CARE.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts with broader organizational goals, share member insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Gloria Gates CARE.
Stay informed about industry trends, and member preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of membership strategies.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Commitment to providing exceptional member service and creating positive member experiences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service environment; at least 3-5 years of experience preferred.
