We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Membership Acquisition Representative to join our team.The Membership Acquisition Representative will play a key role in driving membership growth by promoting Gloria Gates CARE to potential members. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a genuine interest in helping individuals meet their needs through membership benefits.WHAT WE OFFER:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively engage with prospective members through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and online platforms, to promote membership offerings and convert leads into members.
  • Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential members to understand their interests, preferences, and social determinants of health.
  • Develop a deep understanding of membership benefits, features to effectively communicate the value of Gloria Gates CARE to potential members and address any inquiries.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with community members.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations or demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Gloria Gates CARE.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts with broader organizational goals, share member insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Gloria Gates CARE.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, and member preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of membership strategies.
EXPECTATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional member service and creating positive member experiences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment; at least 3-5 years of experience preferred.
