Overview:

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining refrigeration systems while ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with Client's policies and procedures. This role provides mechanical support to the facility, including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and installation of equipment related to the ammonia refrigeration system and HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain refrigeration systems.
• Provide mechanical support to the facility, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform repairs on various equipment within the facility, both production and non-production-related.
• Weld and fabricate as needed.
• Monitor the ammonia system to ensure proper functioning.
• Repair air compressors, water systems, A/C heat units, etc.
• Complete assigned work orders and document them in the SAP maintenance system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year refrigeration maintenance work experience or graduate of an industrial refrigeration training program. Experience must be documented in the application or resume.
• Must be part of the HAZMAT team and pass the Respirator Level 4 physical annually.
• Must complete Level 1 Operator training.
• Must be able to obtain a boiler license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.45 - $34.90 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

• Sanford, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
