We are seeking a skilled production manager in plastic extrusion. Must have 2 years of experience to oversee the following:

• Safety
• Overseeing 3 shifts with a total of 15 people
• Responsible for training new employees
• Ability to oversee quality
• Production rates and blend
• Limit percentage of scrap
• Implement a pm program to eliminate failures and breakdowns in production
• Ability to build a good chemistry with employees and management

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
