• Must be willing to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license within 1 month of hire.

• Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them.
• Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network.
• Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
• Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
• Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps.
• Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services.
• Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Must be willing to take the LLQP license within the first month.
