LEADS / APPOINTMENTS program in-effect, no cold-calling and no door knocking. Are you an ambitious individual looking to train and grow, under qualified leaders, amongst a motivated team?

Are you that special person who wants to build a career, and not just a job? If you follow the LIT system, when you join, you could earn up to $65,000 in one year and $150,000 by the second year.

What you bring : Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with your client. A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively. Positive attitude, Independent, Ambitious and Competitive Minimum one year of customer service experience and / or Strong sales background with a drive to service clients and close sales (preferred) Life License Qualification Program Licensed candidates preferred.

If not, must be willing to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license within 1 month of hire. What you'll do here : Converting online leads into closed insurance policies Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them.

Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network.

Providing excellent customer experience to our clients Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps.

Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services. Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
