Job Description

Our Appointment Setters are the first point of contact with our clients. We are looking for professional, confident, and energetic appointment setters to schedule appointments using our success-proven lead system. Not only will you be working with a great team, but there is also no cold calling! We offer an hourly commission package, and paid training. The best part of all, there is opportunity for rapid growth!

• The candidate may be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:
• Contact Company provided leads to set qualified appointments
• Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various services
• Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales
• Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
• Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in excel or google sheets

Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales reports and manage other tasks independently
• Reliable IT equipment, internet and adequate workspace.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation
