- Oversee and manage turf projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of landscape/turf management principles and practices
- **Must be Bilingual in Spanish
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of workers (about 15)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
