Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver and Moving Foreman to lead our moving teams and ensure the successful execution of residential and commercial moves. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in the moving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead moving crews during the packing, loading, transportation, and unloading phases of moves
• Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient use of resources
• Provide on-the-job training to moving team members
• Oversee the proper handling of furniture and fragile items
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or issues during the move
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a moving foreman or in a similar leadership role within the moving industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to the moving industry
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
