Global Products Group is Hiring an Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator Near Bradenton, FL

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff, scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, and ensuring that all office supplies are stocked and up-to-date. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.

This job will have a fun marketing twist! This will involve taking pictures of product and the facility, emailing them to customers and posting them to our social media page.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Organize and coordinate office procedures and systems.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Manage office budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 per year
