Reporting To: Senior Manager - CAS

Team Size To Manage: 5

Open to Hybrid Set-up:

• Audit staff needs to be on site at client locations and in our offices as determined by clients and team leads.

How You Will Contribute:

• Perform accounting services, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, compile financial statements, create/maintain financial projections, etc.
• Prepare schedules needed for external auditors and tax return preparers.
• Assist with researching, implementing, and training on new accounting software.
• Interview accounting personnel for permanent placement.
• Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.

About YOU!

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• CPA License Required.
• 5 years of experience in audit or accounting services at another mid-market CPA firm
• Experience working with privately held companies
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• DAILY ACCESS TO A VEHICLE to commute to and from clients as needed and to all 3 offices of Miller Cooper.
