Global Pack Source, Business to Business Sales Associate

The position is in-person at our West Caldwell, NJ location
Responsibilities

The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include day-to-day support of sales and ops team members. Researching target industries to discover prospecting opportunities. Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads. Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs. Entering sales leads into CRM and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients
• Learn all aspects of product production to educate customers on best product options
• Keep up to date with industry news and developments
• Help enter, maintain, and organize CRM database
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects
• Process incoming orders and maintain workflow from sampling to production to shipping through delivery.
• Track domestic and international shipments and alert sales staff of any delivery changes
• Communicate tracking and delivery information to clients
• Assist with all follow-ups from sales and ops teams as needed
• Keep filing systems current and orderly
• Update and maintain internal database
• Provide general office support to team as identified
• Order sales samples as needed
• Prepare and ship and track customer samples
• Communicate regularly with sales professional and other members of the team; meet regularly with sales professional for setting goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a professional image to interface with corporate clients

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Base Salary $50,000 - $63,500 Uncapped Commission

Work Location: West Caldwell, NJ
