Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service area. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining tables, countertops, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
