-Provide Administrative support to Sales Team

-Follow up on all Sales calls through completion

-Conduct research and Assist Sales team

-Generate reports in Excel

-Management and logging all communication with customers in CRM SALESFORCE Data base

-Provide customer service to customers as needed

-Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers

-Prepare and respond to documents including correspondence, reports, emails, spreadsheets using MS Office and Sales tools

Qualifications and Requirements include:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

-Detail oriented with good time-management skills, able to work with limited supervision

-Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel spreadsheets, Word) required

-Excellent phone and customer service skills required

-Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily tasks and meet deadlines

-2 College preferred

2 years of Office experience
