Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in the early development and education of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschoolers
- Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods
- Promote literacy education by introducing children to letters, sounds, and basic reading skills
- Teach basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games
- Encourage creativity and self-expression through art, music, and imaginative play
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support when needed
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Participate in curriculum development to enhance the learning experience for all students

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Understanding of early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
