Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our team. As a School Teacher, ( Preferred Pre-K /Kindergarten will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering their academic and personal growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Teach various subjects, including math, physical education, and preschool curriculum
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in students
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to support student progress
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Plan and organize field trips and educational activities
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and educational trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Previous experience working with children or teaching in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
