Global Auto Mall is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to work with our sales department at our dealership in North Plainfield, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with new and existing customers
• Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the dealership
• Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner
• Answer general questions or inquiries as needed, contact appropriate department for assistance
• Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North Plainfield, NJ 07060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
