Business Analyst
Columbia, MD – Local candidates who can work onsite/hybrid.
Have to undergo Public Trust Clearance/Fingerprinting and onsite onboarding/laptop pickup (Must have been in the US at least 3 out of the recent 5 years)- Federal Agency
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience authoring, editing, and maintaining complex documents, both technical and non-technical documents, and reports.
- Excellent writing skills are required, as is the ability to analyze, synthesize, and condense text that includes technical terminology.
- In-depth experience with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) and In-depth experience researching, editing, and preparing documentation.
- Must have a solid technical background and extensive experience working closely with technical staff.
- The client is looking for a Business Analyst who is willing to do customer support, taking calls, troubleshooting, managing ticket tracking. Perform follow-up interactions with the users to ensure problems are solved according to SLA's.
