Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food preparation areas. Duties: - Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes - Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations - Assist with receiving and storing food supplies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Skills: - Previous experience in a dietary department, food industry, or restaurant setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
