We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina and looking to hire full time skilled laborers.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist in the completion of projects on Nuclear, Hydro and Fossil power plants. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and attention to detail. Must be able to travel and pass background check. No prior experience needed.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install and assemble structures and fixtures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Skills:
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
