Sales and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. This employee will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Job Duties:

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the property management sector.

Understand clients' needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their snow and ice management requirements.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate full sales cycle.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle many areas of responsibility.

Minimum of 5 years mid-management or higher level.

Ability to drive Sales growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in person and on phone.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 is a strong plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
