Full-Time & Part-Time Activity Assistant

Responsibilities of an Activities Assistant :

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.

Qualifications of an Activities Assistant :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• bility to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work every other weekend (8 hr day shift for full time)
